Get to know 3D Print Bt. From 3D design
to mass production

Our company, 3D Print Bt., has been striving since 2018, as a pioneer in additive manufacturing, to meet the needs of industrial players involved in development and production in the fields of 3D printing, 3D design, and scanning.

In 2011, I acquired my first 3D printer, which was still intended for personal use at the time, long before the widespread adoption of additive technologies. With the rapid development and spread of the technology, what started as home printing grew into a family business, and today our company operates more than 30 3D printers to serve a wide range of industrial needs at the highest possible standard.

In addition to our manufacturing capacity, we also make no compromises when it comes to raw materials, so alongside general-purpose PLA, PETG, and ABS materials, we place special emphasis on the 3D printing of PC-ABS, PA12, PA12-CF, PPS-CF, ULTEM, PEEK, PEEK-CF, and TPU polymers as well.

These materials go far beyond the general perception of 3D printing, so our goal is to provide our partners not only with decorative items or prototypes, but also with end products, built-in components, industrial parts, and production line parts, faster and more efficiently than would be possible with any other technology.

Services How can 3D Print Bt.
help you?

  • 3D Scanning

3D scanning is essential for the accurate reverse modeling of an existing product, component, or tool. However, it is important to note that 3D scanning alone does not create a CAD model, so in most cases, for technical use, it also involves CAD reverse engineering.

  • 3D Design

Whatever the product may be, implementation always starts at the drawing board. Regardless of the manufacturing technology, 2D drawings or a 3D model of the part to be manufactured are required. Whether it is machining, casting, or any other type of processing, the same applies to 3D printing as well. Different professional fields have their own design rules and design principles, and naturally this is also true for additive manufacturing technologies.

  • 3D Printing

Our company strives to meet the needs of plants, factories, service centers, and all other business partners in the field of additive manufacturing, including 3D printing, whether it is a prototype, a small series, or even an end product.

Technologies

FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling): The most widespread 3D printing technology, in which the printer melts plastic filament and deposits it onto the print bed through a nozzle with high precision, building up the required part layer by layer. A huge selection is available in terms of size, material composition, and color, ranging from simple materials to the most advanced high-performance polymers.

Our workshop houses more than 25 such machines, which have been selected in terms of size, processable materials, and printing capabilities to provide the most versatile production capacity possible for our partners.

The size of our machines allows the printing of parts up to 600 mm in one piece from conventional materials, and from special polymers (e.g. PEEK) up to 300–400 mm depending on the geometry.

Since precise manufacturing is a basic requirement in industrial fields, we not only have high capacity, but also continuously develop and maintain our machine park, thus guaranteeing our partners the proper quality in every respect.

Materials

Our company always strives to meet even the most specialized needs of our customers, and this is no different when it comes to the raw materials we use. In addition to simple and easy-to-print materials, we offer our partners a wide range of technical and industrial raw materials, so alongside the well-known PLA, PETG, and ABS/ASA materials, we also offer a huge selection of the following polymers: PA12, PA12-CF, PPS, PPS-CF, PC-ABS, PC-PBT, ULTEM, PEEK, PEEK-CF, TPU, etc...

Thanks to our machine park and according to the unique needs of our partners, we can work with almost any filament material available on the market.
